Referral REALTY Forms

Please observe the following procedure to ensure the proper processing of a Referral Agreement -

Note: There is a fillable version of the Referral Agreement below to help expedite the completion.

• 1. Download Referral Agreement to your desktop
• 2. Fill out the top portion of the Referral Agreement
• 3. Enter the Amount of Compensation you desire to be paid to you upon closing
• 4. Enter the Referred Prospect's Name 
• (Broker does not recommend providing Contact information until reciept of Receiving Broker Signature unless you feel comfortable)
• 5. Select the service the Prospect is looking for:  Selling - Buying - Renting
• 6. Select the Property Type:  Residential - Commercial - Business - Land - Other (like Property Management, etc.). This ensures the Receiving Agent and their broker  understand the specific experience required. Not all brokerages provide Commercial, land, business sales or property management.
• 7. Enter or name and your email. - This benefits both the Receiving Agent and Your Brokers tracking
• 8. Enter the Recieving Agents full name, email and cell phone
• 9. Enter the name of the Brokerage the Receiving Agent is licensed at.
• 10. Email the Referral Agreement to the Receiving Agent and request the Receiving Agent sign the Agreement
• 11. Ask them to be sure the lower portion of the Agreement is fully completed with their Deisgnated Brokers Signature before sending it back.

Note: The Receiving Agent's designated broker must sign the form to confirm they agree to compensate you.

• Upon your receipt of the properly completed and signed Referral Agreement:
• 12. If not done previously, Complete the referred Prospect contact information and forward the updated document to the Receiving Agent. 
• 13. Finally, Forward the Referral Agreement to admin@referralrealtyservice.com 

• Upon Receipt of your Referral Agreement by RRS Admin, the following will take place:
• - Admin will upload the file to the RRS Transaction Management database
• - You will be notified once RRS Admin receives a Referral Check on behalf of your Referred Prospect
• - Admin will process your check within (2) business days following receipt by RRS. 
• - Your check will be mailed using the USPS to your home address listed on the Agent Information Sheet you provided upon hire.

If you desire to make changes to where you want us to deliver your check please download the Agent Information Sheet below and submit to admin@referralrealtyservice.com

NOTE: THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE REQUIRES ALL ADVERTISING AND MARKETING TO BE APPROVED BY THE BROKER.  BROKER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AGENT EXPENSES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE.

• BUSINESS CARD ORDERS: Click HERE to submit an order for business cards and provide your contact information. Simply indicate or show an example of the layout you desire. Then provide all your contact information and social media/internet links you desire to be on your card. You will receive a Proof for accuracy. Please see Broker approved examples below.

• OTHER ADVERTISING MATERIALS: Click HERE if you want any other advertising materials simply include a description and sample with your request. 

• BROKER APPROVAL: Please submit  all advertising proofs to admin@referralrealtyservice.com for Broker approval.  Agent understands that approval is authorized for the day the approval was issued. Changes in the way the AZ Department of Real Estate enforces advertising may cause a previously approved advertisement to no longer be acceptable. In these situations, Agent understands they are fully responsible for making necessary changes to bring the advertising once again into compliance. Broker is not responsible for agent expenses for advertising which has not been approved by Broker, or for any advertising that is no longer in compliance following broker approval.
